59 Minute Listen

From setting the goal to claiming the title—how Felipe Costa became world champion with the Power Athlete mindset.

We’re bringing you an episode this week that’s been a year in the making. We’re joined by two of our very own Dragon Slayers, Arash Soofiani and the newly crowned world champion, Felipe Costa.

A year ago, these two warriors set a goal that most would only dare to dream about. But at Power Athlete, we don’t just dream—we execute. Felipe’s victory this past week wasn’t just a win for him; it was a testament to the grind, resilience, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Arash and Felipe pull back the curtain on the blood, sweat, and tears that went into chasing the ultimate prize. From early mornings fueled by purpose to nights spent dialing in recovery and mindset, they’ll walk us through what it takes to turn a goal into reality.

We’ll also dive deep into how Power Athlete’s training philosophy, tools, and community played a pivotal role in Felipe’s success. It’s not just about programming—it’s about building the mental and physical armor to step into the arena and dominate.

This is more than a victory lap. It’s a blueprint for anyone out there who’s ready to stop talking and start doing. Whether your goal is to become a world champion, crush it in your career, or just be a better human, this episode will light a fire under you.

Tune in and find out what it takes to go from setting the goal to standing on top of the podium.
