The mindset, discipline, and training that build champions.
What does it take to build a legacy in jiu-jitsu? To not just compete but dominate across generations? I sit down with one of the greatest to ever do it, Xande Ribeiro, to find out.
From the streets of Manaus to world championships, Xande has lived the evolution of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu firsthand. We dive deep into his journey, from learning under his brother Saulo to shaping the next generation of Six Blades athletes. We talk about what makes classic jiu-jitsu different from today’s flashy styles, how true mastery is built, and the importance of loyalty, legacy, and brotherhood on and off the mats.
But this episode isn’t just about jiu-jitsu, it’s about life, discipline, and the mentality required to be great. Whether you’re a grappler, a strength athlete, or just someone looking to level up, this conversation is packed with lessons that apply far beyond the mats.
