EXTREME OWNERSHIP
This week, former SEAL, author, and speaker, Jocko Willink [@jockowillink] joins The Crew to discuss something he all too familiar with. Getting CEO’s and even parents to embody the leadership qualities best suited to accomplish the task is what Willink does. It should come as no surprise that this author of “Extreme Ownership” does not believe in coddling or sheltering people from life’s harsh realities. However, Willink has seen the benefits of empowering clients with leadership skills and self awareness, enabling them to conquer life’s hurdles.
His unique military background has provided him with a deep understanding of the implications of poor vs superior leadership. Now, he shares his knowledge through his publications, podcast, and most recently, a children’s book. Find out how you can strike the perfect balance within what Willink describes as the “dichotomy of leadership”.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
