2018: Pick Up Basketball and Mind Chess

The advent of a new year often brings new epiphanies and life changes. Luke introduces us to his year long ban on bacon which I think he can successfully maintain for 72 hours. The guys talk about how to be successful on Jackhammer and Lean and Able and why the toughest part will be fending off all of the lady admirers.

Your injuries on neuromuscular efficiency, home gym essentials, training for the 50 and over crowd, and coach’s development are all answered here. How do you know you’re performing all of the warmups and diagnostics correctly if you don’t have a coach? Is the answer numerous strategically placed mirrors? Is it the number of IG likes you receive? Can’t it be #both?

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

Luke mentioned it early on…the website for those kickstarter programs: pahq.co/GET-IT-2018. Here you can chose from either Jackhammer, stacks on stacks on stacks of muscle primer for Jacked St OR Lean & Able, the real world ready, kick some ass and look good doing it protocol.

Whether your goal is the BE THE hard hitting HAMMER or spry AF, Power Athlete HQ puts your performance first. Train like a boss, Eat like a savage, and Sleep like a baby.

Hey can you tell me the full title and author of the book “Power” mentioned at the end of the episode? I have the rest so I feel like I should complete ‘the set’.

Thanks and thanks for doing the podcast, you guys make my week!
