Fuel The Machine
David Fults AKA Chef Flutters [@Flutters77] serves our healthy appetite for knowledge and MEAT. This week, our main man at Stay Classy Meats [@StayClassyMeats] talks locally sourced foods, the farm-to-table phenomenon, and his commitment to your next meat meal. Chef Flutters explains what it’s like to come up in the harsh “back of the house” environment of a kitchen. It’s a place where even the dedicated are pressed to perform backbreaking work for hours on end and miss significant personal life milestones. This is what the passionate men and women behind the apron are doing to provide you with a meal to remember. Is your mouth watering yet?
Everyone needs a meat guy. David Fults AKA Chef Flutters [@Flutters77] is ours. He prepared one of the most epic meals ever to be consumed by the PAHQ crew last year during the Power Athlete Symposium. His skills vetting and preparing some of the tastiest cuts of bison and beef are coupled with the subtle sophistication of his experience working in in notorious fine dining restaurants. As a master of his craft, he accepts nothing less than absolute dedication and has surrounded himself with a network of equally meticulous farmers. This attention to detail is exactly what attracted PA to this passionate Chef.
