Author / John

48 Min Listen

Victorious warriors draw their strength from the highest source; their love.

Our guest this week, Laura Sanko, thinks that you should get punched in the face. Ok, not that you should but that everyone has the fortitude deep within them to physically fight. This is something she found in herself at a young age and has carried with her throughout her MMA career and training since. Now she extends those learning lessons into her work with novice athletes with the program Wimp 2 Warrior.

This is an ad. Please consider our shameless self promotion.

Laura Sanko may have began as a martial artist but she found her home in MMA. Through the sport she learned more about herself than she ever thought possible. Now she’s dedicated to facilitating that same experience for others through her latest endeavor, Wimp 2 Warrior.
