1 Hour 42 Minute Listen
Discover how to slay those sleep dragons and emerge victorious on the other side of dreamland.
We’re diving deep into the realm of sleep with none other than the master of slumber himself, Dr. Peter Martone, aka Dr. Sleep Right. Ever wonder why you wake up feeling like you’ve been hit by a freight train instead of bouncing out of bed like a gazelle? Well, hold onto your pillows because we’re about to drop some knowledge bombs that’ll have you snoozing like a champ in no time.
We’re not just talking about counting sheep, Dr. Martone is here to unravel the mysteries of sleep, from the unexpected factors that can sabotage your shut-eye (spoiler alert: it’s not just that late-night espresso) to the intricate dance between your spine and your sleep quality.
Whether you’re looking to optimize your recovery or just hoping to catch some quality Z’s, this episode is a can’t-miss.
