In part one of this epic pod, John & Arash explore the mindset you need to develop if you wanna shed pounds.
Power Athlete’s Dragon Slayer, Arash Soofani, is in the house this week sharing the raw, no-BS story of his 100-pound weight loss journey.
Once tipping the scales at a hefty 350 lbs, Arash didn’t just lose the weight – he straight-up annihilated it, dropping to a lean and mean 250 lbs. You’ll hear the raw truth of how he packed on that weight in the first place, the brutal challenges along the way, and the mental edge it took to pull off what most would call impossible.
This episode’s a must-listen for anyone who’s ever felt stuck or doubted what their body’s capable of.
And oh yeah, we’re diving into the world of GLP-1s. Not familiar? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We tackle the science, the controversies, and how society should really be looking at these tools.
