We honor John Meadows by recasting his 2013 interview on Power Athlete Radio in which we unleash the brains, looks, and brawn behind The Mountain Dog. Meadows joins the Power Athlete Crew sharing his approach to nutrition as it relates to physique and performance. You are in for a treat today Power Athlete Nation as John Welbourn and John Meadows candidly disseminate their expertise in this week’s installment of Power Athlete Radio. Rest easy, Mountain Dog.
From John Welbourn, “So sad to learn of the passing of John Meadows. We connected years ago on how he was using a primal/paleo diet for bodybuilding. After we spoke he told me what a big Philadelphia Eagles fan he was and we talked football much longer than we discussed training/food quality.”
