Arash is back for part two; parenthood, mentorship and what you should look for when choosing a coach for your kids.
Arash Soofiani is back for a deep dive into how to set your kids up for success in the world of jiu-jitsu.
We cover what to look for in a gym and the role of the coach in a child’s life— this isn’t about pumping out the next world champion, it’s about giving kids a space to have fun, make mistakes, explore movement and grow.
Lastly, we address the do’s and don’ts for parents at sporting events. Newsflash—screaming from the sidelines like it’s Game 7 of the Finals isn’t helping. Support your kid, but let the coach do the coaching.
If you’re looking to bring your kids to a place where they can thrive on and off the mats, this episode is for you.
