In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:
Luke, Tex, John,
This is Justin calling from Australia. I have a question, I just watched the Cal Dietz video from the 2019 Power Athlete Symposium (linked below), it is mind blowing to say the least. My question is what are the effects of an arthritic toe on all his spring ankle movements and what are the ways to mitigate that, strengthen that, or work through it?
How Do I fix My Hammer Toes?
This little piggy went to the market, this little podcast went to get mani-pedis. Dr. Matt Zanis joins the Crew to discuss his low-key foot fetish and explore the function of the foot in training. One of our Field Strong program followers called in a question about active foot training with an arthritic big toe and we have the answer!
A podcast full of foot stuff! Learn what your foot calluses tell you about your power, how your shoes are giving you bunions, and learn movement solutions to gain foot range of motion and unlock your foot potential.
No matter what training program you’re on, listen in as The Crew aims to understand more about the subtleties the foot and the connection it has to empowering performance.
