In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:

Luke, Tex, John,
This is Justin calling from Australia. I have a question, I just watched the Cal Dietz video from the 2019 Power Athlete Symposium (linked below), it is mind blowing to say the least. My question is what are the effects of an arthritic toe on all his spring ankle movements and what are the ways to mitigate that, strengthen that, or work through it?

How Do I fix My Hammer Toes?

This little piggy went to the market, this little podcast went to get mani-pedis. Dr. Matt Zanis joins the Crew to discuss his low-key foot fetish and explore the function of the foot in training.
