Spoon feeding teaches us nothing but the shape of the spoon
January is National Mentoring Month and The Crew sits down to discuss the magnitude of having a person in your life who sees more talent and ability within you than you see in yourself who then helps you realize that potential.
John and Tex take you on a journey through their athletic and coaching development to differentiate coaches and mentors while sharing wisdom learned from leaders. Hear some old school weight room and life lessons about knowing when to fold ’em or shoot your shot shared through story, representations to emulate, and yes, famous action movie roles.
