You have to take ownership and make shit happen for yourself!
Pratik Patel is a dietitian and sports nutritionist working with some of the highest level athletes you can imagine. While the honor and prestige of rubbing elbows with these freaks of nature has it’s appeal, Pratik admits that the job is not without it’s challenges. But, that’s what has forced him to grow and evolve into the passionate professional you’ll hear in this episode.
Imagine getting to know 45 individual athletes – their diets, allergies, specific nutrition needs, building a relationship and trust with these athletes – and then learning that all but 3 will not be returning the following year. Frustrating to say the least. But that is the job of some high profile dietitians like our guest, Pratik Patel.
