Tune in as James shares training stories and more.

James Simpson, ex-soldier turned Wheelchair Rugby World Cup Champion for England joins John and Tex to share his team’s hard fought journey to the top of their sport. Over a decade ago, Simpson lost both legs plus three fingers and the muscle from his right forearm in an IED explosion while serving with the 1st Battalion Yorkshire Regiment in Afghanistan. James’ leadership and focused training on Power Athlete’s Grindstone program helped empower the performance of his squad on the pitch. Learn what it takes for a team to come together around a common goal and how all the hard work in training makes holding up a trophy that much sweeter.
