57 Minute Listen

Arash Soofiani breaks down exactly how men over 40 can lose fat, rebuild muscle, and get their edge back.

You’re not 25 anymore. The old tricks don’t work. Resident Dragon Slayer, Arash Soofiani, returns to unpack the reality of fat loss for men over 40, why the weight creeps in, where most guys go wrong, and how to finally reverse the trend. No shortcuts, no magic supplements, just a brutal look at what it takes to reclaim strength, discipline, and testosterone-fueled dominance later in life.

We dive into the habits that broke down, the ones that needed building, and how a fighter had to become a student again to fight his way back from the edge of dad-bod hell. Whether you’re watching your waistline grow or your motivation fade, this episode will slap you with the truth, and give you the tools to fight back.
