The Business of Coaching
This week our buddies and partners from Train Heroic stop by the Power Athlete Headquarters and discuss the business of making athletes. When we teamed up with Train Heroic, Field Strong was just hitting the scene and Grindstone was just a twinkle in the Power Athlete eye. Eventually, we were able to collaborate with these innovative entrepreneurs and create an all inclusive platform that would take performance tracking to a new level.
In this episode, there is discussion of some of the best, most exclusive gyms in the country, to the struggling 5am to 9pm coach/owner/operator. The intangibles of an ideal training setting can be summed up with a frequently expressed Power Athlete sentiment. Manage the experience. Regardless of programming, specialty classes, immaculate equipment, or eye candy coaches…retention comes down to how well a coach interacts with the athletes.
Learn how to achieve this and bring your business to new heights with the guys from Train Heroic. This is episode 146.
