Santa Trains Speed Too
That’s right. This week Luke and Tex talk deliberate training through many of the programs we utilize to develop bad motherfuckers. Your questions about the evolution of CrossFit Football into Johnnie WOD, why we choose the Power Athlete Metabolic Circuit once a year, and our three biggest battles of bullshit. Is Die Hard a Christmas movie? And who makes a hotter Batman babe…Sharon Stone or Kim Basinger? Sometimes we answer training questions and sometimes we significantly change people’s lives. But even more often…we overestimate ourselves.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
