Got a sweet tooth? Need to cap your protein for the day? Look no further! This quick and easy dessert will check all those boxes without completely tanking your macros, and is a refreshing treat to enjoy as we start rolling into the hot summer months.
Ingredients:
¾ cup plain yogurt- I use Siggi’s Brand
1 TBS sugar free banana pudding
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ banana, sliced
4 gluten free vanilla wafers (the Enjoy Life brand is really good!)
Cinnamon to sprinkle
Directions:
Mix together the yogurt, pudding, and protein powder until smooth.
Put half of the mixture in a bowl, and then a layer of gluten free cookies.
Cover the cookies with the remaining pudding and top with sliced bananas and cinnamon!
This dessert is delicious and packed with 45g of protein. It is a go to on summer nights when I am wanting something sweet, but do not want to go completely off plan!
