Change Is the Only Constant
This episode marks the end of an era. With our recent departure from the partners at CrossFit, we take this episode to reflect on good times. Although it’s no secret that the relationship was a tumultuous one on occasion, it still enabled us to connect with athletes and coaches worldwide.
If this news is coming as a shock to you, you may want to tune in to hear about the instagram post which ruffled more than a few lats at CF headquarters. What happens when one of your side hustles stops hustling and you are just left with your other side hustles and a few primary hustles? I was lucky enough to endure that solid 10 minutes of hustle banter and join in on the conversation this week.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
Only two seminars remain and if you want to get in on either of them, head to www.powerathletehq.com/events. Again those are in Portland, OR on November 4th and Cookeville, TN on November 18th.
And don’t forget that the symposium is happening December 8-10 in Austin, TX. You can find those tickets, again, at www.powerathletehq.com/events.
