People may hear your words, but they feel your attitude.
We live in a culture where buzzer beater player gets all the glory. Rarely is credit given to the players who set the stage for that shot to even take place. Not in the world of leadership coach, Jamy Bechler. He doesn’t believe in a system where the concept of “TEAM” is constantly referenced, but rarely acknowledged. This is where balance and cohesion are really developed. His time spent instilling philosophies like this at the high school, college, and pro level are all the proof you need of it’s success.
Is leadership coaching? Is coaching leadership? It’s a question many have asked and few have actually tried answer. This week, Jamy Bechler explains how he was able to take principles of coaching and translate them to actionable leadership practices. Even if you don’t consider yourself a leader, Jamy believes that anyone can possess verbal leadership skills. It starts with what you say to your teammates.
