Luke and Cali test run a new type of interaction with Power Athlete Nation – The Coach’s Round Table. Power Athlete coaches Carl Case and Chad Hamilton talk about their implementation of CrossFitFootball.com programming in their CrossFit gyms.
Carl coaches at CrossFit South Bend / CFSB Strength & Conditioning. He has a full implementation taking his classes through workouts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Chad coaches at Koda CrossFit and runs 1 hour CrossFit Football classes. He does his best to follow the programming as posted, but 2 lifts and a conditioning session can be hard to pack into a 60 minute class.
Power Athlete Radio co-host Steve Platek also talks about how he utilizes the Power Athlete methodology in his gym.
Tune and let us know what you think! Keep your eyes peeled for future round table sessions with John Welbourn and his esteemed network of experts!
