Jacked Babies Are Made With Great Nutrition

Ooooohhh baby…literally. This week’s show is all about prenatal nutrition. Even if you don’t have a GF bun in the oven, you’ll want to tune into our conversation with Lily Nichols [@LilyNicholsRDN] and find out the history and politics behind the uphill battle that is nutritional guidelines. Has your Doc been giving you some vague BS when you’ve inquired about diet? Now imagine getting those weak responses when you are growing another human inside your nether region. That’s why PA Radio battles even the baby bullshit with no-nonsense guests like Lily.

The nutrition world is rife with antiquated guidelines and even recommendations that are not based in science whatsoever. This should be appalling to anyone who gives half a shit about maintaining their meatsuit for the long haul. When confronted with nonsensical diet norms, some people just rise above the herd. People like Lily Nichols. She has dedicated her career to redirecting the nutritional recommendations for pregnant women back where it belongs…steeped in actual research. No more of the arbitrarily high carb requirements particularly when so many women are suffering from gestational diabetes. She’s setting these mamas and their future generations up for success by going against the grain…as it were. Listen NOW!
