Write Your Own Story

From Arizona State to Florida State, Coach Josh Storms [@CoachStorms] has seen nearly 18 years of collegiate football development. Now as Director of Football Strength and Conditioning with the Seminoles, we will hear how he brings his years of experience to a new program. Find out what it’s really like in the weight room of some of the most notorious teams in the NCAA.

This is an ad. Please consider our shameless self promotion.

This week Coach Josh Storms joins us from FSU to talk college football. The Crew covers everything from sniffing out the natural competitors, teaching athletes to write their own story, and how to hire the coaches you need…not just your friends. Storms talks about how some of the best networking opportunities to add to a coaching staff are the more informal events like Sorinex Summerstrong rather than the big conferences. He says that it’s environments like SS that allow you to really see the person rather than just the team logo on the polo. Well said, Josh.
