2 Hour 3 Minutes Listen

“The Doctor of the future will no longer treat the human frame with drugs but rather will cure and prevent disease with nutrition” – Thomas Edison.

How can I describe this week’s episode with Dr Tom Incledon? It’s informative, fascinating, scary, and motivating all at the same time. Dr Tom is someone near and dear to us who has historically spent most of his time researching how to perform and live forever. Now he’s added tackling many of the common diseases which shorten our lifespan to his list of hobbies. His research has shown that generally, the pharmaceutical approach to curing these issues is far from optimal.
