Creating the Opportunity.
It’s amazing the personalities that are attracted to the world of Strength and Conditioning. There are some people that you know could have chosen virtually any other field to dedicate their time and energy into and that, without a shadow of a doubt, they would be just as successful. Jon Andersen is one of those people.
Jon has always thrived on the challenge of chasing the elusive white buffalo that is mastery. It just so happens he is drawn to the painstaking and soul crushing niche of the training. With a background in sport, strongman, pro wrestling, and bodybuilding, Jon has consistently found ways to translate his drive for self-improvement into quantifiable results. He believes that there is no greater gift to oneself than to create an opportunity from a dream, and no greater crime than to not fulfill because of lack of hard work.
Jon’s book, Deep Water which was discussed on Episode 157, was a huge success and is still available on his website, www.jon-andersen.com. These days, Jon is also slinging some pretty badass apparel with his new line, Bleeding Edge. To get 20% off your entire purchase at www.bleedingedgegear.com, stay tuned until the very end of the show for the exclusive super secret Power Athlete Radio promo code.
Side note, Luke’s audio is pretty echo-y which makes everything says sound really profound until you actually listen to what he’s saying.
