Every Group Has a “Beard Guy”
This week The Crew answers tons of your questions from IG. Inquiries range from hamstring and quad injuries, to constructing the ideal gym, to hypotheticals about sitting down and having a beer with anyone dead or alive. Tex also piques everyone’s interest when he describes the best meal he’s ever had in his life. Luke drops details on the symposium speakers and new content coming out of the Power Athlete Academy while John continues to preach the proper gym etiquette. Does the terrorism adage of “see something, say something” apply in a globo? To find out, listen NOW!
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
IF YOU’VE BEEN TO A PAST SYMPOSIUM, CHANCES ARE YOU’VE ALREADY GOT YOUR TICKETS BECAUSE YOU KNOW HOW FUCKING AWESOME IT IS. BUT IF YOU’RE ON THE FENCE AS A FIRST TIMER, THIS IS MY ADVICE. GET YOUR TICKETS, GET YOUR REAR TO AUSTIN IN DECEMBER, AND SEE WHAT YOU’VE BEEN MISSING. YOU CAN THANK ME IN PERSON FOR NO-BALLSING YOU INTO WHAT WILL CERTAINLY BE AN EPIC WEEKEND OF KNOWLEDGE, NETWORKING, BBQ AND BEER.
