If Speed is the Goal, Act Accordingly.
Hard to believe but it turns out that there are still questions not yet answered by The PA Crew. A little preview of this week’s lineup include how to program specifically for throwers, golfers, high schoolers, and maybe the most challenging…spouses. The guys point you in the direction of fixing your weird flat feet and what mobility/flexibility practices we believe aren’t incredible wastes of time.
It’s Black Friday and if you really want to work off some that stuffing, I recommend slipping into some sweats, heading to your local Walmart and practice being the hammer.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
Again, just a special thank you to all those who participated in Wade’s Day. Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Power Athlete HQ.
