Sleep like a baby. Perform like a boss.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, despite last week’s accusation from our British temp, Chauncey, I did not lose my voice yelling at my cats. In fact, I don’t even own cats. And if I did, I think I would have enough consideration to not raise my voice at the loving roommates that may one day inherit my small fortune of snow globes.
On to more important news. Dr Parsley is BACK! This time he speaks specifically to the sleep cocktail (official name pending) that John and company have been raving about. As Doc discusses, there really is no substitution for a solid 8 hours or sleep. However, he’ll describe some meditative practices that may help with sleeplessness. Why do executives and politicians perpetuate the myth that sleeping less equates to more productivity? Doc debunks the bull shit with science.
Curious as to how certain diets or macro breakdowns may be affecting your zzz’s? Or, what impact sleep deprivation has on brain function? Stay tuned. Those answers and so much more are just moments away. Remain vertical for the next hour because this is Episode 138.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

Hey PA, just wanted to give you guys a heads up that this episode may not have uploaded to the site properly. All the other episodes on the website work fine except for this one. I also tried to listen to the episode from itunes, and again, all the other episodes work fine except for this one. Could be my computer, but if not, hopefully you guys can fix this as soon as possible. I always love reading and listening to whatever Dr. Kirk Parsley has to say.
