Mom. MEATLOAF!
You are dedicated to your training. You wake up early or stay late to attack your weaknesses. You prehab, rehab, and mobilize ad nauseam. But do you put the same effort into your nutrition? This week, our Nutrition Crew answers your questions and does a great job. As spring approaches, everyone wants to know the secret to a bod that will turn heads AND perform. This week Leah Kay [@LeahKay_AllDay] and Tyler Minton [@TheMeleeWay] break down how to eat to perform and so much more.
Topics like how to gain while living on college resources and a limited budget; how to get on track after a series of shitty training sessions; and the truth about artificial sweeteners. You’ll also get our Nutrition Crew’s perspective on how to tackle smart food prep for your springtime backpacking adventures. But don’t worry, it’s not all patchouli and birkenstocks. In true PA form, The Crew can’t help but provide some of the oldest advice known to strength training. Sometimes, tackling your biggest nutrition issues starts with one simple step. Suck a little less, every day. When form follows function, you best be fueling for success. Start by feeding your brain.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
