This edible cookie dough recipe takes less than 5 minutes to whip up! It is rich, creamy, sweet and totally safe to eat raw. Satisfy your sweet tooth by making this quick and easy treat!
Macronutrients
Calories: 192
Protein: 4g
Carbohydrate: 25g
Fat: 8g
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3 tbsp coconut oil – melted
- 3-5 tbsp maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
METHOD
Step 1: Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix until dough like texture forms
Step 2: Taste test and add maple syrup if needed to achieve desired sweetness. Add more milk if too dry
Step 3: Add in chocolate chips and chill for a minimum of 1 hour to ensure the coconut oil has hardened to create a rich texture
Step 4: Roll into balls or scoop into a small container to scoop out and enjoy for later!
