This edible cookie dough recipe takes less than 5 minutes to whip up! It is rich, creamy, sweet and totally safe to eat raw. Satisfy your sweet tooth by making this quick and easy treat!

Macronutrients

Calories: 192

Protein: 4g

Carbohydrate: 25g

Fat: 8g

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil – melted
  • 3-5 tbsp maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

METHOD

Step 1: Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix until dough like texture forms 

Step 2: Taste test and add maple syrup if needed to achieve desired sweetness. Add more milk if too dry

Step 3:  Add in chocolate chips and chill for a minimum of 1 hour to ensure the coconut oil has hardened to create a rich texture

Step 4: Roll into balls or scoop into a small container to scoop out and enjoy for later!

Starting as a personal trainer in various gyms, she eventually found CrossFit which lead her to CrossFit Football. In 2015 Rachel completed her CrossFit Football certification which opened up many doors of opportunity within coaching.
