Your worst battle is between what you know and what you feel.

Healing from multiple TBI’s and post-concussion syndrome is a long road. After being on that journey for several years, Tait Fletcher is ready to talk trauma. The “computer” as he calls it, is a complex and adaptable organ which finds ways to continue to function despite injury. But, in Tait’s case and many others just like him, the brain can no longer circumvent the trauma and symptoms overwhelm your cognition, mental health, and physical state. He is still undergoing treatment, realizing that it’s a process that requires diligence and discipline.

Don’t call it a comeback. Tait Fletcher is joining the Crew again for an incredible conversation about his ongoing recovery from a traumatic brain injury and many other topical issues. We all know Tait to already be an exceptionally thoughtful human but it seems that the road he’s traveled since we last spoke to him has only enhanced his appreciation for life. For most people, this past year has been wild, but for Tait, it’s been a turning point. A refreshingly outspoken guest and friend, Tait reminds us to fight for wellness at every opportunity.
