Do what you can with all you have, wherever you are.
Power Athlete has been providing training programs for the law enforcement community since our inception. While the daily demands are unknown, it helps to be strong, powerful, and coordinated. Training for LEO does not stop in the weight room, they also take on development of skills in combatives, firearms, verbal judo, and decision making. Grindstone athlete and Officer Colin Jackson sits down with John and Tex to share how training with barbell and BJJ helps keep his mental and physical skills sharp and safe on patrol.
