When you hear protein with a face and a soul, what comes to mind? Probably the standard ruminant like cows, buffalo, deer, and sheep. But what about those faces and souls that swim in the sea? Oceans cover 70% of the earth, which means there is a LOT of variety in there. However, a lot of folks tend to get turned off by the “fishiness” of some of those tasty, swimming souls. Enter Whitefish. Whitefish is a catch all term generally applied to mildly flavored, quicker cooking fish that also tends to be a little easier on the wallet. Next time you find yourself turning your nose up to a seafood dish, give this quick and easy recipe a try and sea (@ingo_bee) if this doesn’t change your mind.
