If Something is Fucked, unfuck it.
This week we are bringing you one of my favorite episodes to date. The Power Athlete Crew chats candidly about a myriad of topics but what separates this conversation from the typical HQ banter is that we took your questions in real time. That’s right, when we made a call out on instagram for an open Q&A, you responded. The topics range from kids in contact sports, to diet, to the professional foibles of your team PT.
In today’s show you’ll hear the guys revisit a common theme throughout. And that is…to struggle is to succeed. Everyone wants to win and ultimately it is only outcome that matters, but a win is not a right, it’s a privilege. A privilege extended to only those to put themselves in precarious situations be it physical, mental, or both.
Stay tuned because this fruitful discussion is guaranteed to resonate with your competitive side and serve as a reminded that as in life, nothing ventured, nothing gained. Life gainzz, sport gainzz, gainzz gainzz.

Just a massive thanks for answering my question on John’s typical week on the cyclic keto diet. Really cool to have it answered.
Love the content you all put out and the programming in Grindstone is just what I have been searching for!
Thanks again
Tom
While the radio guests are amazing, there is nothing quite like the ole fashioned episodes with the PAHQ crew talking about the good stuff.
The IG Q&A is a great idea. Good show.
