The toes forward controversy.

This week on Power Athlete Radio, John and Tex tackle the buzz surrounding the ongoing toes forward controversy. Does this mean you never vary your stance? What about unilateral lifts? What role to they play in improving performance and how might you implement then into your program?

If there is a TMZ for strength and conditioning shit that no one cares about, we’re on it. Also, the PA crew explains some of the butthurt that has occurred as a result of a floor press demo video from a CFFB seminar that was recently released. How and why to coach up the floor press and the perfect set up cues for any athlete.

I softball some questions for the fellas in this episode  and as per usual, their answers are long winded and coupled with stories from the NFL. It’s just the entertainment and knowledge you’d expect from the crew.
