On The Long Road
Hold on to your jean shorts because this week we are bringing you a special audio treat. Talk to Me Johnnie – On The Long Road is coming at you in podcast form! By popular demand we’ve painstakingly gone through a highly technical and elaborate process to convert the video interview with one of our favorite guests.
When the brains of John Welbourn and Raphael Ruiz [@s3raphruiz] collide, several things are sure to happen. Bullshit gets Battled, 3 hours of conversation reveals that Tex’s body hair facilitates a form of resisted running, and our listeners will want to punch any coach in the mouth who picks their programming solely based on what the best athlete is doing. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this lengthy journey down the Long Road.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
Don’t forget! Wade’s Army’s 5th annual Wade’s Day campaign has officially kicked off! From now until November 12th, we will be honoring the brave pediatric cancer patients battling Neuroblastoma, a tumor derived from immature nerve cells. For 2016, we’re embracing their valor and highlighting their Nerves of Steel! Join the fight against neuroblastoma and help us reach our goal of fundraising $125,000. Enlist today at wadesarmy.org by clicking the “Donate Now” badge and claim your limited edition Wade’s Army uniform.

I don’t know how it works, I know it’s all a bit technical, but the important thing is that my podcast’s future is secure. I didn’t specifically request this to you guys, but I had secretly been wishing this was on audio so that I could listen to it in the car. Raph Ruiz is ALWAYS my favorite guest of your podcast. Every time he’s on, he always has the most profound and informational things to say. He knows words, he has all the best words. Thanks for posting this up and for all your podcasts, pure gold!
