We proceed by doubt, by trial and error, by resisting the impulse to lunge athletically after certainty.
There is a major disconnect between the application and the effectiveness of these programs, and that’s execution. Improper execution will dramatically decrease recovery, create imbalances, and inhibit optimal performance. How to move is often perceived as relatively easy to change, but without completely understanding movement and connection between each movement, no coach or program is in a position to empower anyone.
John and Tex are here with another installment of Masters of Movement to tell you that it doesn’t matter how beautifully crafted a program is if your athletes are unable to execute what’s laid out for them. This podcast will empower you to understand the lunge and be able to execute it seamless and effortlessly through space!
