Lift, Run, Bang, Repeat

Good friend, Paul Carter [@liftrunbang] joins us for the second time to catch up. The fellas waste no time hitting movies and entertainment HARD on the front end. Paul reveals a non-physical talent in which he was ranked in the top 8 in the world. And of course, lots of sport and S&C conversation. Just bros being bros…classic PA Radio but with fewer weather reports.

Are you ready for a three hour tour? No you’re not. And if you were born after 1985 there is a good chance you don’t even understand that reference. But here it is….a three hour tour into the mind of Paul Carter. Learn what pancakes have to do with dating, why he almost never deadlifts, and what his beef is with steak. (pun) In this episode you’ll learn something about John, about Paul, and if you’re lucky, a little something about yourself too.
