Bring your tastebuds to life with this juicy and flavourful lamb burger! The fresh herbs bring compliment the natural flavour of lamb, so get ready to dig into a medley of flavours sure to be a crowd-pleaser! Ready in 20 min!

Protein: 20 g
Carbohydrates: 2 g
Fat: 27 g
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 lb lamb
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 3 cloves garlic – minced
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh mint finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Method:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and gently mix until evenly combined. Don’t overwork the meat – just enough to form 4 evenly portioned patties
Step 2: Preheat barbecue to medium high heat
Step 3: Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes each side. Ground lamb should be fully cooked, so no pink on the inside of your burgers!
Step 4: Remove from grill and serve alongside homemade French fries and topped with tzatziki sauce! Garnish with fresh mint if you like – enjoy!
