This is an OLD video from June 2013 that we posted in our forums way back in the day. We thought it’d be a blast to repost it on the Youtube Channel.

Power Athlete coaches Luke Summers, Cali Hinzman, and Ben Oliver chronicle their trip to Providence, RI, leading up to a CrossFit Football seminar. Very few people find posture, position, physiology and kinesiology fun and sexy, so it’s the job of our seminar staff to make sure that the weekend seminar is equal parts “birthday party” and “science class”. Why? We find this is the best way to maximize engagement, and deliver an amazing experience. How are we so good at this? Well… as you’ll see, every minute of every day is a birthday party in our world! Even when stranded in steamy airports.

Take a peak behind the curtain to see what it takes to survive a 23 hour travel day across the country with the Power Athlete crew!
