 EPISODE166BAdding value to training

The very Coach that helped shaped John’s NFL career through strength and conditioning is back again. Raph Ruiz [@s3raphruiz] checks in with the PAHQ Crew to discuss his latest venture in working with youth athletes and developing a program and culture that will yield future champions. He started by introducing these young bucks to two simple concepts: Accountability and Expecting More from themselves. The Crew kicks it with Master Splinter covering trends in training, how high school programs have evolved, and of course – a few stories from way back.

Raph has never minced words when it comes to the industry of strength and conditioning. His guidance and experience has enabled top notch coaches like our very own, Tex McQuilkin, to approach their job from a science and performance standpoint.  Our hats are forever tipped to Raph for developing CFFB along side of John and the crew, traveling, coaching, and blowing some of the first minds ever…including my own… during the early years of the program.
