Breathing Life Into Performance
Where to begin with this week’s guest, Dana Santas is the Mobility Maker [@mobilitymaker]?! As a former corporate world exec, Santas has since translated her “rise and grind” work ethic to her passion of making better bodies. She’s worked with over 40 teams and innumerable athletes to develop the best approach of incorporating sports specific mobility and breathing tactics.
As we find out, the drive to improve performance even at the base level of breath control, will reap the benefits of overall wellness. That means feeling less physically inhibited, feeling more in control of emotional responses, and generally being able to tackle life’s challenges one well crafted breath at a time. Think it’s fluff? Science doesn’t lie.
Get a step by step assessment by the master herself as she takes the crew through a typical diagnostic. She says that this 5 minute drill is all a team needs to realize how jammed up they are, and more importantly, the value in getting un-jammed. Don’t worry, it’s not your typical yoga sesh so Nama-Stay right where you are….
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
