In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:
I’m 5’11″ and 216# right now, down from a high of 230# after I did your bulking protocol that ended in April. Holy shit, that bulk worked. I want to bulk again but I am taking your advice from your recent podcast that said get down to 10-12% before bulking again. I didn’t like the way I felt or looked at 230. I’m at 14.6% I did a dexa scan a week ago, so I should need to drop 10# even to get down to 10% and start the bulk back again. I have 3 scans left in the 4 pack I bought.I would like to hit it hard for 6 weeks.
I would like to stay on Jacked Street for Trinity and beyond.
I would like to continue doing my IF, which sees me eat at Noon, train at 1:30, eat again at 3:30pm, and eat a big dinner.
I suffer from late night sugar/binge cravings.
I don’t drink caffeine (weaned myself off a year ago).Is there anything you would tweak in the leaning protocol to accomplish the above? Thanks for any advice…Regards;
