In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:

Bitter sweet bitter sob story for ya fellas, I lost my job because of this whole lockdown thing back in June. The bitter. Thank to you and my home gym my gains have been amazing, and I’m absolutely thrilled to report I landed a new and better job. The sweet. Now onto the other bitter, I need to move, and wont have access to my home gym for a few months. Is it possible to still get gains with just bodyweight training? – Jim
