Coaching Connection
Scott Caulfield [@CoachCaulfield] is one of the magnificent minds behind the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As Head S&C coach at the NSCA [@NSCAOfficial] flagship facility, he overseas the training of all athletes. Holding such a title puts Caulfield in the fortunate position to rub elbows with some of the top influencers in the field.
One of the most valuable takeaways from a humble little podcast like our own is learning about the evolution of seasoned coach like Scott. As a bystander to all of his professional and life lessons, you receive the wisdom without the steep learning curve. And this week Scott is kind enough to share his experiences as athlete, student, coach, and eventually, head coach.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
