Intentional Coaching For the Win
After forging a bromance through similar hockey backgrounds, Justin Roethlingshoefer [@innerstrength19] and Devan McConnell [@dmcconnell29] realized that the natural next step would be to write a book together. “Intent: A Practical Approach to Applied Sport Science for Athletic Development” was their brainchild.
After working with countless athletes and honing their coaching methodologies on and off the ice, the two were able to collaborate on some their most successful strategies for preparing players. At the center of their philosophy is adhering to the needs and goals of the individual position player while having the finesse to simultaneously create a cohesive army that fucking wins. Hawky Talk.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
