Cali Hinzman

A strength and conditioning coach since 2009, Cali has worked with numerous athletes spanning from rugby players to cross country skiers. Almost immediately after finding CrossFit in 2010, she was introduced to a program that better suited her athletic goals. With her existing background in powerlifting and football, she became a natural devotee to CFFB/PowerAthlete and testament to it's effectiveness. In 2012, she left D.C. and headed for the state named after her to be a part of the CrossFit Football Seminar Staff and a Jedi of Power Athlete HQ. Cali currently resides in Seattle where she works full time in law enforcement.

    Episode 9 isn’t loaded on Itunes yet. Tried downloading it to my phone and couldn’t get it.

    My brain is exploding – so much info. Definitely one to revisit multiple times.

    That anecdote John shared about the guy who DL’ed 405#, then fell to 385# and hasn’t gone up since? Me. Thanks for that (not sarcasm).

    Seriously Ingo…all I could do was just sit back and listen…I’m still trying to understand it. I tell you what though, afterwards I went and crushed my f*cking workout! I finished with heavy prowler shuttles thinking about what John said about the limits he and Luke were brought to when they pushed the prowler earlier….very motivating…

    It was a privilege to be part of that one!

    Thanks John for expanding on the sleep topic from episode 8, and for everything else you talked about -what a wealth of info! And to all you guys, it’s nice to hear some of the scientific side and analysis of some of the topics that you are discussing. Good work on this episode and keep ’em coming.
