The Ultimate Log of Information
This week The Crew gets down and dirty talking literal shit with the fellas who founded Onegevity [@Onegevity]. Most people struggle to grasp the complexity of their gut and the bacteria that inhabit it. These two smarty pants make it easy by providing feedback to optimize bacteria ratios and gut health…all YOU have to do is provide a sample of your excrement. John, Luke, and Tex all completed this process and yes, they learned a lot about the microorganisms that inhabit their bellies. Find out which one gets called out by our guests for having some gnarly “sample” texture indicating they don’t chew their food. Unhinge jaw…commence feeding.
It doesn’t take much to find guests smarter than our PA Radio hosts. This week, however, we are way out of our league with guests Joel Dudley and Chris Mason of Onegevity [@Onegevity]. These guys are bringing preventative health practices straight to the gut. Their research is showing that by tracking the bacteria found in your digestive system, individualized dietary recommendations can be made to optimize performance. The results are undeniable. Participants have been feeling, thinking, and moving better just by simply getting to know their bodies from the inside out. Listen now!
